South Carolina 811 Selects Exactix by 4iQ Solutions to Create the Safest and Most Precise Dig Notification Tickets.

4iQ Solutions, the developer of the most commercially successful One Call Platform in the last 10 years, Exactix, is proud to announce a new partnership has been formed with the South Carolina 811 Call Center.

Currently Exactix has been creating One Call Tickets for Arizona 811 and Florida 811.  In the upcoming months, Dig Safely New York 811, Dig Safe of New England and USA 811 (Kentucky 811 and Indiana 811) will be launching the platform as well.  South Carolina 811 will represent the 6th center and 12th state to adapt the latest offering by 4iQ Solutions.

The new 4iQ Exactix platform will ensure the most accurate dig sites while maintaining the high level of safety that has been the trademark of South Carolina 811.  By leveraging the knowledge of South Carolina 811 and working with the latest technologies, the goal is to increase the accuracy while providing a better experience for the end user.

Current timelines for migration to the 4iQ Exactix platform are set for Winter of 2021.  Prior to implementation, South Carolina 811 members and excavators will be given extensive training in preparation for the transition. The experience in migrating One Call Centers to the Exactix platform has been aided significantly with the extensive training content delivered using the Coursettra training solution.  “In the 25 years that I have been a part of this industry, these conversions have been as smooth as I could have possibly hope for and they keep getting better.” said Jason.
